I provide a mixed style of classes. both indoors and outdoors. Aimed to provide a full body workout that helps you change shape, size. My classes will aid improve strength and endurance. these varied workout’s use none or very minimum equipment ensuring a full body fun workout.

So, I love carbs! Bread, cookies, cakes, pretzels, ice cream, kids sugary cereal...I work out 4-5 days a week. But having no gym access now with Covid makes it tough.
My friend Cliff started this program for busy moms. Boy, am I busy! It’s hard to keep a healthy lifestyle. I joined his group to get a handle on my food intake- I will tell you something- my food choices are getting better and I’m thinking more about protein and veg! Cliff’s program is amazing! He has really gone out of his way to not only set you up with a fitness program, but he coaches you from the time you say go! Cliff has designed and researched a ton of meals for this program- y’all know I have a picky eater- his meals are family friendly and the kids really love them, especially the vegan curry. John said that if I went on a trip that he’d forge on that curry for days on end! Cliff is an outstanding coach and trainer- although he is in England- he will jump on a zoom and help you in a counseling session anytime of the day!
Three months have gone by since I started. It’s a slow process for me, but my food choices are better and I am feeling good too! And people at work are starting to notice my body is changing a bit. The photos aren’t great as I had to take them myself...but there is some arm definition (thanks to Iron ZUU and the Ankorr) in there and the belly bloat has come down a bit. Still some progress to be made! I am pretty happy with the results.
